How It Works

Snowlok holds snow and ice on the roof and lets them melt gradually. This makes steel roofing safer and more suitable for busy locations such as doorways, sidewalks and public shelters. It also helps to save eavestroughing from being torn off or damaged.

Installing Snowlok

Snowlok is easy and quick to install. Regardless of metal roof systems or profiles, each Snowlok requires only two screws. There is no need for additional strapping or surface preparation. The application of Snowlok will vary according to regional snowload conditions and individual characteristics of the roof and its environment. For some long and steep slopes, more Snowloks may be required. We recommend you consult your distributor for your application.
