Accessories and Trims
Steel Tile offers trims and accessories for a complete roofing system. All metal trims are cut and manufactured from the same pre-finished steel as the roofing panels. Due largely in part to the pigment colour system of the PVC Barrier Series ® and the PVF2 Kynar 500 ® paint systems, the colour consistency of each coil of steel is a near-perfect match.

Snowlok® — Improves the Safety Around Steel Roofs in Snow

Our unique patented snow control device, Snowlok, is manufactured from a durable, high tech poly-carbonate, to provide snow slide control for doorways, sidewalks, and public shelters. Designed to breakup and retain some of the snow or ice sliding from the roof, Snowlok allows for a safe and gradual melting. Snowlok can also help to save eaves troughing from being damaged.
Snowlok is easy to install on most steel roofing. There's no need for additional reinforcement or surface preparation, allowing Snowlok to be added to any existing steel roof, and easily mounted onto any steel roofing with the self-sealing fasteners. (Note: All fasteners must penetrate the substrate. Confirm fastener length required for each project and location.)

Square Vent

All square vents are manufactured from an impact resistant, thermoset polystyrene, and are formed to fit the profiles of the Steel Tile metal roofing system. They are painted to match the colour of the metal roofing. The profiled square vents ensure a weather tight seal, while allowing ventilation of the attic space.
